I'm 3 days away from New Year 2026, and went to do my mani-padi. I worked so hard all year, I needed to pamper myself. I was on the phone, consoling my friend as her mom passed away in the same day my mother passed, just 13 years apart. I asked for a mani-pedi, long nails. The girl who did the pedi was OK, she was listening to my concerns. I was not dressed to impress , because I'm mourning the loss of my friend. I felt that I was treated according to my look. My mani was done by a different lady. I asked her if it's possible to soak my nail prior cutting cuticles? She answered that she'll soak the nails later in the process. Sensing a litle attitude, I did not insisted. I let her do her job. While she was filling my nail with that machine, she overheat my pinky nail. I screamed, "awwwww". She proceeded to change the tip and continued filling my nails. When she filled for second time, same spot, longer than it supposed to, tears rushed down my cheeks. I told her I cancel the long nails, I'll rather cut the procedure. I choosed a light classic pink color. I was charged $50 and I left tip to both. I have been offered a cream as gift which I refuse it. I am extremely disappointed, she left chipped cuticles and my foot nails not cut straight. My pinky nail is sensitive to tuch. From the begging to the end, they all talked in their language non-stop. Unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I had a good experience at this salon. I walked in without making an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to assist me. I got SNS/dip powder done with tips and it came to $50 (before tip). I enjoyed how the women who worked here were funny and weren’t afraid of conversation. They also made sure I was happy with the color, shape, and style of my nails through the entire process. It did get busy as I went in so I recommend making an appointment!
